To this end, I am offering a Template Website Service or Quick Websites as an alternative to my full website development services. With Quick Website Services you can have an effective and well designed website quickly while paying an affordable fee.


What is a Quick Website?
You select one of my Quick Website Designs, which include a Home Page, About Us, two content pages about your products or services and one Contact Us Page. I will add custom elements to this design including your own logo and photographs — if you like, we can even customize some of the colors of the Quick Website Design you select. You provide names for the buttons and content for your pages. The starting fee of $500 remains affordable because the overall design may be used by other clients.


What's involved in getting started?
There are three separate issues in getting a web site on-line. The first is to have a web site designed by a professional designer. The second is to have your new web site hosted by a reputable service. The third is to register your own domain name which will allow your web address (URL) to read like this "www.yourname.com." I will take you through each step in this journey and provide clear pricing for each item.

Step 1:
Quick WebSite Design
• Select one of my professionally designed templates. Your Web site will include a Home Page, About Us, two content pages about your products or services and one Contact Us page.

Include up to 6 photos/images that you provide, or you can select from Stock Photos that will visually enhance your image and message (is there an extra fee for this?).
• Include your existing company logo or I'll create a Standard Logo.
• Include your unlimited text (which must be sent via email and proofed by you).
• Configure and setup of all internal and external links.
• Upload your initial site to a staging server.
• Upload your final approved site to the Web servers.
• Submit your site to the most popular search engines and directories.

Provide a copy of your complete website on CD.

Step 2:
Web Site Hosting

There are hundreds of web hosting companies. I have found Cedant Web Hosting (www.cedant.com) to be an excellent company and a great alternative to larger web hosting companies such as Earthlink or PacBell. For $7.95 per month (billed directly to your credit card from Cedant) you are provided 50 MB Storage, 1 GB Data Transfer, and 1 E-mail Address. This is perfect for a small website. Of course, I am also happy to work with the web hosting company of your choice if you prefer a different service.

  You can sign-up for Web Site Hosting services yourself, or if you prefer, I can take care of signing you up and take care of DNS transfers for $50. This is an Optional fee. $50.00

Step 3:
Domain Registration		 There are also quite a number of companies where you can register your domain name on-line, including:www.mydiscountdomains.com; www.domainic.com and www.register.com. At these sites, you can search for available domain names and purchase a name for periods of a year or longer. Fees range between $8.88/per year and $39.95 for 2/years (charged directly to your credit card). $8.88 to $35.00 annually
  You can easily register your domain name, but if you prefer, I will take care of domain registration for a $25 administrative fee in addition to the domain registration fee. This is an Optional fee. $25.00

  Bi-Annual Domain Registration (paid directly to the domain registration company). $40.00
  Web Maintainance — As your business grows and changes you may also need to make changes to your website. Just send me an email with your changes, I bill $50/hour
